Voice forms, audio forms, and surveys

What it is

Talkform (talkform.org) is for collecting spoken responses into organized data — feedback, intake, research notes, voice surveys, and lightweight voice blogging.

• Speak → transcript → fields. Record or dictate; get a transcript and AI-assisted extraction into your form schema.
• Grid and cards. Entries land in a table/card view you can search, sort, tag, archive, and edit.
• Share and embed. Public share links and an embeddable widget (embed.js) so a form can sit on another site.
• Blog template. A form can run as a Notes-style blog: publish posts with title, body, audio, and pretty /posts/… URLs.

How it works

1. Create a form with the fields you care about (or use the blog Title/Body defaults).
2. Respondents open a share link (or your embed) and talk — Smart or Step modes.
3. Talkform stores audio + transcript and fills structured cells you can correct.
4. You filter by tags, hide archived rows, publish blog posts, or export as needed.

What it is not

• Not talkform.ai — that is a separate product. This site is talkform.org.
• Not a general chatbot. Answers are bounded to your form fields (and optional blog body).
• The homepage (/) is the live app, not a marketing splash. Product copy lives here on /product.
